Walker Ranch offers a variety of educational school trip experiences for students of all ages.

For elementary students, we offer fall outdoor fun including a corn maze, inflatables, hayrides, petting zoo, cotton field, pumpkin patch, and sunflower field.

For middle and high school students, we offer a career prep event that includes a petting zoo, a view of our seasonal crops, and a meet-and-greet with agriculture-based organizations. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about careers in agriculture.

Teacher tours are also available to discuss the importance of agriculture in the classroom. We help connect how agriculture plays a role in nearly every career field.

"Had a fantastic time bringing kids to the pumpkin patch! Enjoyed the cotton field, pumpkin patch, bouncy houses, slides, petting zoo, and horse rides (pretty sure we did everything). Decent price for pumpkins. Only downside was that the food truck didn't show (and dirt road was a touch bumpy for a stroller, though we made it fine (didn't stop us)). If you're looking for a fun trip to a pumpkin patch close to Florence, I can't recommend this enough. As for us, this is our new go to, and will probably be our main for the foreseeable future!”
